All our goods are handmade and while every effort has been made to photograph them well to show the true colours and texture of each item, please be aware that computer monitors do all differ slightly and the colours you see on screen may not match exactly to the colours in real life, these are very slight differences and our descriptions alongside the photographs should give you a very close idea.
Also please note that the nature of natural wood means there will be some slight variations and differences on each piece. Avie & Oak feel this is the beauty of wood and each piece is unique. We try very hard to make sure all photographs are a true representation of our products but colours and wood grain may vary.
Payments accepted through Paypal.
If no payment within 24hr, the item will be re-listed and the sale cancelled.
Prices are all shown in GBP inclusive of VAT. Prices displayed throughout this website were accurate at the time of publication and may change at any time.
All items are carefully packed to ensure safe shipment. As all our items are made when ordered we always aim ship within 1-2 weeks of your order, but for larger items of furniture or when we are especially busy we will inform you if there is a longer lead time.
Please note we will ship to your billing address unless you tell us otherwise.
Items will be shipped first class UK mail.
We will purchase insurance for shipping on any purchase over £100.00.
International buyers: at this time we are unable to ship outside of the UK.
If your items are damaged in transit please notify us within 24hrs of receiving the items along with photographs of the damaged packaging and items.
We currently offer our standard delivery charge at £4.95 and for orders over £100 are free delivery.
Purchase of Products
When you place an order you will be sent an acknowledgement by email giving you an indication of when to except your goods. We will contact you if there are any problems with your order. You may cancel your order within 7 days unless it is a bespoke request or personalised. If the item has been dispatched simply return it to us for a full refund.
If you are not happy with your purchase, please contact us within 7 days of receipt to discuss return/refund.
We are unable to refund bespoke or personalised items unless they are damaged.
Upon the return of the item in satisfactory condition we will refund you the purchase price of the piece.
We cannot refund the shipping costs.
The buyer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs and making sure the item is returned in perfect condition.
